Requirements
Eligibility Requirements:
- For the purpose of this category, a custom home builder is defined as a builder who has built fewer than 11 homes in the previous 18 months.
- Builders must submit for at least one (1) other projects in a New Home Construction, Home Renovation or Best Rooms, Spaces and Outbuildings award category.
- Builder must be registered with HCRA
- This category cannot be entered by a production builder.
- This category may be entered by a manufacturer builder only as a co-submission with a PKHBA custom home builder.
