Eligibility Requirements:
- For the purpose of this category, manufacturer builder is defined as a builder who manufacturers homes in a facility.
- Entry in this category is free for any manufacturer builder who has entered at least two (2) other projects for consideration in a New Home Construction, Home Renovation or Best Rooms, Spaces and Outbuildings award category.
- This category cannot be entered by either a custom builder or a tract home builder.
